ABSOLUTE ZERO-TOLERANCE STATUTE
Suka maintains an uncompromising, active zero-tolerance policy regarding any manifestation of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE), online grooming, or unauthorized minor participation. Suka is an adult-exclusive (18+) service. Any violation results in immediate stream cessation, irreversible account termination, hardware-level banning, evidentiary forensic preservation, and compulsory referral to criminal law enforcement and international reporting bodies (such as NCMEC).

Purpose, Legal Scope & Regulatory Authority
This Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Prevention Policy ("Policy") establishes the comprehensive governance, technical requirements, and enforcement mechanisms implemented by Suka ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") to eradicate any risk of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE) across its real-time video streaming, audio relay, private messaging, short clips, and interactive virtual gift features.
This Policy applies universally to all registered account holders, unauthenticated viewers, guest streamers, verified broadcasters, moderators, and commercial affiliates. This document operates under full compliance with global child safety standards, including Title 18 of the United States Code (U.S.C. §§ 2258A et seq.), the European Union Digital Services Act (DSA), Directive 2011/93/EU, the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC), and applicable international telecommunications statutes.
Mandatory 18+ Age Restriction & User Eligibility
Suka is engineered and operated strictly as a platform for mature adults. Individuals who have not attained eighteen (18) years of age (or the legal age of majority in their specific domestic jurisdiction, whichever is greater) are strictly prohibited from creating accounts, browsing feeds, initiating or viewing livestreams, transacting virtual goods, or accessing any service provided by Suka.
- No Registration for Minors: We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or process personal data from any person under 18. Any account found to belong to, or to be operated by, an individual under 18 will be terminated immediately.
- Prohibition of Transferred Access: Account holders are legally bound not to permit minors to access, navigate, view, or operate their registered profiles. Permitting a child or adolescent to utilize an account constitutes an immediate breach of the Suka Terms of Service.
- Device-Level Screen Checks: Suka coordinates with operating system level parental controls (such as Apple Screen Time and Google Family Link) to ensure our distribution binaries are tagged with the most restrictive (17+/18+) age tier classifications.
Broadcaster Identity Verification & Age-Gating Architecture
To eliminate the possibility of minor involvement in broadcasts, Suka enforces an uncompromising multi-tiered onboarding verification architecture before any user is granted livestreaming capabilities or financial withdrawal rights:
- Cryptographic Document Verification (eKYC): Prior to initiating their first live broadcast, prospective creators must submit government-issued photographic identification (e.g., passport, national ID card, or state driver's license) authenticated via third-party certified identity verification providers.
- Real-Time Liveness Biometric Analysis: Streamer onboarding requires an active, 3D biometric liveness scan to verify that the individual presenting the identity credential is physically present, matches the document photo, and demonstrates adult physical facial bone morphology and development.
- Financial Cross-Verification: Broadcaster payout methods, virtual currency conversions, and recurring withdrawal nodes require direct matching against verified commercial banking records, credit card credentials, or tax documentation belonging solely to an adult.
Definitional Taxonomy of CSAE & Prohibited Acts
Suka explicitly prohibits, without exception or qualification, the following categories of conduct, representations, and communications:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual, audio, or textual depiction of a minor (defined as any individual under the age of 18 or visual representations appearing to be under 18) engaged in sexually explicit conduct, simulated sexual activity, non-consensual sexual acts, or the explicit exposure of intimate anatomical areas (genitalia, breasts, buttocks).
- Online Child Grooming: Any conduct whereby an adult communicates with, befriends, establishes emotional dependency with, manipulates, or offers virtual currency/gifts to a minor for the purpose of facilitating sexual exploitation, sexual conversations, private video sessions, or physical meetings.
- Sextortion and Exploitative Coercion: Demanding, soliciting, threatening, or blackmailing any individual regarding the disclosure of intimate media, with severe statutory escalation if the target or purported target is a minor.
- Commercialization and Ingestion of Exploitation Networks: Promoting, advertising, distributing hyperlinks to, selling, or discussing access to off-platform darknet repositories, cloud drives, file-sharing forums, or encrypted groups dedicated to CSAE.
Synthetic, AI-Generated & Virtual Minor Exploitation
Suka acknowledges that modern technological vectors include synthetic and algorithmic media. Therefore, our definitions and prohibitions apply equally to non-photographic and synthetically generated representations:
- Deepfakes and Facial Morphing: The utilization of generative artificial intelligence, neural rendering models, or deep neural networks to manipulate facial identities of minors onto explicit bodies, or adult identities onto minor body profiles, is categorized as CSAM.
- Generative Text-to-Image / Text-to-Video Assets: Uploading, relaying, or prompting any synthetic media displaying minors or pseudo-minors in suggestive, eroticized, or nude postures is categorically banned.
- Illustrated, Stylized, and Anime Renderings: Drawings, computer animations, 2D/3D models, manga, or comic art depicting characters visually resembling minors or fictional characters stated to be under 18 in sexually suggestive or compromising scenarios are strictly forbidden.
Absolute Prohibition of Minor Presence in Broadcasts
To preserve a secure and unequivocally compliant adult environment, minors are prohibited from appearing in any Suka livestream under any circumstance, regardless of intent or context:
- No Incidental Appearances: Broadcasters must guarantee that minor children, siblings, relatives, or passersby do not appear in frame or participate in audio discussions during any live session, even if fully clothed and supervised by parents.
- No Co-Streaming or Multi-Guesting: Multi-user video boxes, audio rooms, and interactive battle sessions (PK) must not include any individual who is suspected of being a minor. Broadcasters are held strictly liable for the age compliance of all guests admitted into their rooms.
- Zero Tolerance for "Family" or "Parenting" Monetization: Suka does not permit family vlogs featuring children, nor streams where child activities are monetized or utilized to elicit virtual tips.
Real-Time Livestream Automated Telemetry & AI Defense

Static Media Ingestion & Perceptual Hash Filtering
Every non-live visual asset submitted to the Suka infrastructure—including profile avatars, cover posters, chat attachments, moments photos, and animated icons—must successfully clear an automated cryptographic ingestion gateway before becoming accessible on the network:
- PhotoDNA & PDQ Hash Matching: Uploaded images are converted into robust perceptual hashes and matched against industry standard, authoritative databases containing known CSAM footprints maintained in cooperation with law enforcement registries.
- Zero-Upload Quarantine: Any item producing a verified positive match against known CSAM hash registries is prevented from writing to permanent object storage, instantly halted at the CDN edge, and mirrored directly into an encrypted forensic escrow enclave.
- Algorithmic Age-Progression & Morphology Filters: High-resolution static images are checked for youth attributes and physiological markers to prevent the publication of child imagery.
Human Moderation Protocol & Reviewer Welfare Safeguards
Automated telemetry is reinforced by a specialized, around-the-clock Safety Operations Bureau composed of thoroughly vetted, highly trained Trust & Safety professionals:
- 24/7/365 Rotational Watch: Human operators continuously evaluate elevated alerts generated by automated algorithms, user flags, and high-velocity broadcast rooms.
- Dual-Verification Protocol: Any decision regarding suspected CSAE requires immediate review by a secondary Senior Safety Officer to confirm findings, prevent false-negative closures, and finalize statutory reporting packages.
- Psychological & Occupational Welfare: Human moderators reviewing high-distress queues are provided mandatory wellness interventions, including automated thumbnail blurring, grayscale rendering filters, restricted daily exposure caps, and regular clinical psychological counseling.
High-Priority In-App & Web Community Reporting Mechanisms
Suka provides clear, accessible, and frictionless reporting utilities directly on every viewer screen, profile panel, and messaging interface:
- Single-Tap Emergency Reporting: Users can tap the report icon on any broadcast screen, select the dedicated category "Minor Safety / Suspected Child Exploitation", and submit evidence without interrupting playback.
- Expedited Priority Queue (P0 Escalation): CSAE and minor safety reports bypass ordinary customer service workflows and enter the Critical Incident Triage Queue (Level 0), mandating human operator review within minutes of ingestion.
- Reporer Whistleblower Protection: Reports are handled with strict anonymity; the reported account is never disclosed information regarding the identity or origin of the reporting party.
Escalated Enforcement, Account Termination & Hardware Sanctions
Upon confirmation of any CSAE violation or intentional minor involvement, Suka executes instantaneous and permanent operational sanctions:
- Instantaneous Service Termination: Active broadcasts are severed immediately. The offending user account is permanently disabled and locked against logins or data alteration.
- Total Asset Forfeiture: All accrued platform diamonds, beans, virtual gifts, pending withdrawable balances, and platform privileges are permanently forfeited without entitlement to restitution or refund.
- Comprehensive Hardware & Network Quarantine: Suka records and blacklists device hardware serial identifiers (IMEI, IDFV/Android ID, MAC hashes), telephone numbers, payment card fingerprints, and originating subnet ranges to permanently prevent re-registration under alias personas.
Digital Forensics, Chain of Custody & Evidence Preservation
All activities touching upon child sexual exploitation are treated as active criminal matters. Suka maintains automated evidentiary procedures to assist subsequent legal prosecutions:
- Immutable Forensic Snapshots: Suka captures complete evidentiary packages including raw livestream video and audio slices, text chat transcriptions, IP connection histories, ISP routing hops, GPS metadata (if enabled), and account registration logs.
- Chain of Custody Integrity: Captured evidence is hashed using SHA-256 cryptographic algorithms, encrypted via asymmetric keys, and archived in an access-restricted compliance repository inaccessible to regular personnel.
- Statutory Preservation Windows: Forensic packages relating to CSAE matters are retained for durations dictated by applicable criminal statutes of limitation and statutory law enforcement hold directives.
Statutory Law Enforcement & NCMEC Reporting Obligations
Suka maintains an absolute commitment to cooperating with international judicial entities, law enforcement agencies, and statutory non-governmental child protection organizations:
- Mandatory NCMEC CyberTipline Filings: In accordance with United States federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) and international reporting compacts, Suka transmits comprehensive Electronic CyberTipline Reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) immediately upon obtaining apparent knowledge of CSAM or child sexual exploitation.
- Direct Criminal Referral: Where an active or imminent physical risk to a minor is identified, Suka simultaneously alerts domestic and foreign emergency law enforcement centers (such as INTERPOL, Europol, and regional police bureaus).
- Subpoena & Warrant Response: Suka operates a dedicated, expedited 24/7 law enforcement response unit that fulfills legal process, warrants, and preservation requests from authorized judicial bodies without undue delay.
Parental Disclosures, Impersonation Remediation & Refunds
In the event that an unauthorized minor obtains illicit access to the Suka platform by circumventing age gates, forging identification, or utilizing an adult caregiver's electronic credentials:
- Immediate Account Disablement: Parents or legal guardians may contact Suka directly to notify us of an unauthorized minor account. Upon receipt of verification, the account will be immediately suspended to prevent further access or exposure.
- Financial Rectification & Unsanctioned Purchases: Suka maintains clear procedures for investigating unauthorized transactions conducted by minors on adult accounts, cooperating with app store billing systems (Apple App Store / Google Play Store) to review and process justified refunds for unauthorized microtransactions.
- Permanent Data Purge for Minors: Any personal data belonging to an identified minor will be systematically purged from public visibility, retaining only encrypted copies mandated by legal hold directives for criminal reporting verification.
